Chicaoji
is a concoction invented by a Lopezian named Randy. The stuff is good beyond description to the point of being addictive.
I mention it as the sauce to use on the hangtown fry in the recipes section of this site. There a myriad other uses. One of them is the Chicaoji shrimp sandwich on a baguette with avacado.
